2024 Community Health Worker Conference
The Eastcentral and Northcentral Area Health Education Centers are collaboratively hosting the Third Annual PA Community Health Worker Conference at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. In addition to conference sessions, this year, we will have an EPIC awards/networking dinner and presentation of posters.

PA AHEC has the right to deny credits to conference registrants who leave early or do not participate in conference sessions.

Hotel Accommodations:
**A special group rate has been secured for conference attendees at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center for Sunday, September 22nd & Monday, September 23rd., which offers a $139 (one person in the room) + tax and one breakfast voucher. Rates go up by $10 for additional occupants in room + tax.
